Sliding Clinic - Lens Testing.

At the sliding clinic this weekend, I test out the Tamaron  SP 150-600MM F/5-6.3 Di VC USD with my 5DMarkIII.  Overall I'm impressed with this lens.  For the money, its a nice lens to have in the bag.  After the 400mm reach, I am seeing softness, but nothing that should be thrown out.  Here are some action photos from the 8U - 16U girls sliding clinic, just to test the auto focus.  A wee slower than my Canon monster lens, but I was also using my 5D which isn't really built for sports, but I've managed to use it for the last 2 years.  Poor thing.  It does want to retire to portraits, just waiting for my budget to increase...  anyway, enjoy the photos.  Don't they look good sliding???!!!!

Thanks to Coach Dave Cook for organizing the clinic again this year for the girls.

Good Luck this season girls!!!
